This is awesome, I'm still learning how to drive and this helps me stay connected with my friends. this service is good, the drivers are incredibly kind, the conversations are so fun, the car is so comfy and air-conditioned. It shocks me how much some of these drivers have to go through with passengers, Link tries their best! I will say I've had situations such as them picking up a incorrect passenger and delivering them to my house. The GPS should probably be fixed for both rider and driver.

I have had so many awful experiences with this app. I have had drivers that don't know how to follow directions take me all over the place, I've watched drivers sit at a doughnut shop for 10 mins while the app says they're 5 mins away, I've scheduled rides and they come 20-30 mins late or early and leave after 5 mins, and I've been late and missed so many trains because this app turns a 7 minute drive into a 40 minute ordeal. Calling customer service is useless, every time I try they can't help

Suspended my account without even a ride. Also, did not pick me up when I am disabled while it was raining from my doctor's appointment. I would not recommend this to anyone who is disabled at all.
